4. Control parameters

NOTE: before starting the configuration of the device you must press the button CONNECT VIA USB or READ SETTINGS. If these actions are not completed your parameters can be lost and you might need to restore factory default settings.
NOTE: to enable the changes in the device you must press the button WRITE SETTINGS.
NOTE: before starting configuration it is necessary to change the primary manufacturer password („0000“). Otherwise the device will ignore he commands sent from the computer.

4.1. Input signal control parameters

ESIM110 device has 3 inputs. These inputs are used for connecting sensors, identifying whether the gates are closed in time etc. In this way, if the duration of the transmitted impulse is longer than the preset allowable value (for instance, the gate did not close in 10 minutes or the closing was delayed), the system can send informational SMS messages to administrators.

In Configuration Tool environment the user can give names to each of these inputs and specify particular time parameters.

Name of a particular input	Enables/disables checking of specific inputs.	Original manufacturer default parameters that can be changed. This parameter indicates that the system will sense the impulse, transmitted to a particular input, duration if it is longer than the preset value. The specified parameter must be in the range of 100 - 42000000, counted in milliseconds (1 second - 1000 milliseconds).	Code name of a particular input. It is recommended to create the name that would most accurately describe the connected device. The name cannot be longer than 8 characters (you cannot use commas, full stops, semicolons or spaces).

4.2. Output signal control parameters

ESIM110 device output socket is connected to relay contacts which are opened/closed when the user calls to the SIM card inserted in the device. Relay enabling period is also configurable.

C1 / C2 - Code name of a particular output.

Output Startup Status (OFF / ON) - Setting of relay status on device startup. If the selected parameter is ON - before calling the system relay contacts are closed (NC), if the parameter is OFF - relay contacts are opened (NO). The main parameter is OFF (NO).

Relay Delay - Configuration of output impulse duration. The default parameter set by the manufacturer is 2 seconds.

Scheduler (1... 8) - The number of scheduler (referring to Scheduler No., section 7. Scheduler) according to which the specified output operates.

4.3.Events Log

Log Enable - When this function is enabled, the system logs all information about system configuration, system actions and info messages to the events log. By default, this function is disabled.

By pressing button Get Log, the system generates file log.txt which consist of the last 500 records to the events log.

By pressing button Clear Log, the system empties all records stored in the event log.
